CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION.

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the Holiday is required when forwarding the booking form. The balance must be paid one calendar month before arrival. Deposits will be returned should there be no vacancy. For late bookings of four weeks or less before arrival, the full amount is required with the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation should the balance not be paid at the due time.
Customers are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover cancellation of booking. A proposal form will be enclosed with our booking confirmation. No refunds can be made unless you have taken out holiday cancellation insurance. Customers are reminded that they are legally responsible for payment of the full amount should the accommodation not be re-let. No bookings are accepted from persons under 18 years of age and we regret that we are unable to accommodate all male or all female parties. The proprietors reserve the right to request a good housekeeping deposit should it be deemed necessary.
Accommodation is available for occupation from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9am on day of departure, to enable us to prepare for the next tenant. If travelling by coach or rail, luggage can be taken after 8am by arrangement.
The tenancy may not be sub-let, and is limited to the people stated at the time of booking unless by prior arrangement with the proprietors. Under no circumstances whatsoever are any other persons allowed to use the facilities of the accommodation. You are expected to leave your accommodation in the same clean condition as when you started your occupation. There will be a charge for damage, loss and breakages. The inventory provided should be checked on arrival and departure. Please report any discrepancies. We regret that pets cannot be accepted unless by prior arrangement.
No liability can be accepted should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury sustained by any person, or damage to, or loss of any property brought to the premises, including your vehicle in the car parking area.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse accommodation, and any person or persons whose behaviour interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of other tenants, or is deemed unacceptable by the proprietors, will be required to leave without refund.
TV’s, radios, record players or any other musical instruments must not be played in such a manner as to annoy other tenants or children sleeping. It is a condition of the letting that the accommodation is occupied only as a holiday let.
In conclusion, we would like to say that these conditions have been drawn up to help ensure that you have a happy and carefree holiday.
