Fairholme is an excellent 3 bedroom detached house situated in a cul-de-sac in the quiet residential area of Pentire, within 500 yards of Fistral Beach and very close to the lovely tidal River Gannel.

The house is equipped with Fridge Freezer, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, 28 inch widescreen Teletext Colour TV, Video Recorder, DVD Player and Free View Digital Receiver. Gas Central Heating is available when required.
 

Large rear garden with extensive flagged patio and barbecue area with garden furniture. Small front garden with parking space for 2/3 cars and driveway leading to garage.

The house is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it provides accommodation for a maximum of 7 persons in two double beds, one set of full size bunk beds, a single bed and space for a cot.
